Inspect and document
Photograph existing damage to the body, glass, wheels and interior. Ensure damage appears on the pickup report and check requested equipment.
Confirm the details
Check fuel or battery level, mileage limits, return location, emergency contact and instructions in case of an accident.
Document the return
Photograph the car and fuel level when you return it. Keep the final receipt and agreement until any deposit release or additional charges are resolved.
